Who we are
Oxygen for All was born from a simple belief:
Everyone deserves the right to breathe.
We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to delivering life-saving respiratory equipment including ventilators, CPAPs, and BiPAPs to people and communities facing urgent medical needs and limited access.
Whether it’s due to poverty, a natural disaster, displacement, or systemic gaps in healthcare, we step in to help when others can’t.
Our Vision
A world where no one dies from lack of oxygen or ANY respiratory equipment required to stay alive.
We envision a future where every individual, no matter their income or location, has access to the respiratory equipment they need to not only survive but thrive.
What Drives Us
We’re fueled by compassion, community, and the belief that oxygen is not a privilege it’s a human right.
Our work spans:
Emergency response during natural disasters
Donations of refurbished oxygen equipment
Partnerships with clinics, hospitals, and humanitarian groups
Empowering families and caregivers with education and support
The Heart Behind the Work
Founded by people who’ve witnessed the life-saving power of oxygen and the heartbreak when access is denied Oxygen for All exists to bridge the gap for those who can’t afford respiratory equipment or don’t have insurance.
We’re about people.
We’re about dignity.
We are about life.
Partnership Transparency
Oxygen for All partners with Bradshaw Oxygen LLC, a for-profit medical equipment provider co-owned by our founder. This partnership allows us to access high-quality respiratory equipment — including ventilators, CPAPs, and BiPAPs — at significantly reduced or fair market rates to better serve individuals in need.
All transactions between Oxygen for All and Bradshaw Oxygen are conducted with full board oversight and transparency. Our mission is to ensure that no one is denied the ability to breathe due to cost, and this partnership helps us extend our reach and impact while keeping operational costs low.
Our founder is compensated by Bradshaw Oxygen, but does not profit from any equipment or services provided to Oxygen for All. This structure ensures that donated funds are used solely to support the nonprofit’s mission.
